Common questions

Is Finance available on every plan?+
No. Finance & Giving Center is available only on the Pro plan. This protects sensitive giving and expense information and ensures only authorized users have access.
Can Ministry Connect OS work with Zeffy?+
Yes. Churches can add Zeffy giving links for tithe, offering, missions, building fund, and special campaigns. Pro churches can also organize giving records, expenses, reports, and year-end statements inside Ministry Connect OS.
Can members create their own profiles?+
Member profile access is available on Growth and Pro. For security, members should be invited by the church — not allowed to freely create accounts without approval. The church controls who gets access.
Can members see giving records?+
On Pro, members may view their own giving statement if the church enables that option. Members cannot see anyone else's giving records. All other giving information remains private to authorized staff.
Who can access finance?+
Only approved finance roles — Owner, Admin, Pastor, and Finance users. Leaders, volunteers, texting users, and regular members cannot access finance records.
How does texting work?+
The Texting Center is available on Growth and Pro plans. It supports bulk announcements, visitor welcome texts, event reminders, and MMS flyer messages. Texting requires an approved messaging setup and provider configuration.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every new church gets a 14-day free trial with access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, choose the plan that fits your church.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your church settings. If you downgrade, feature access adjusts to match your new plan. Your data is never deleted.
What does "people record limit" mean?+
Each plan has a limit on how many people records you can store — Launch: 75, Starter: 250, Growth: 750, Pro: 2,000. If you reach your limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Groups, attendance records, and visitors are separate from the people limit.
